Following a period of reorganisation across the business, I worked with Hey Jupiter Communications to develop and deliver a long term and wide reaching change management and internal communications strategy for the leading record company, Warner Music.

Based on an extensive, interview-based research project to establish the key areas to address, we created a range of new initiatives. These included events, regular social activities, charitable endeavours and a new staff newsletter, all branded with  a specially created Warner Music internal comms identity.
